LIABILITY INVESTIGATIONS
Investigations of accidents which include, but are not limited to automobile, medical malpractice, product liability, airplane, explosion, fire, gunshots, falling objects, motorcycles, and slip and fall.

CORPORATE LITIGATION
The process includes developing complete background or profile on all corporations involved in a specific litigated matter as well as a complete background on all principals or officers associated with the corporation. The scope of the investigation to be determined by the corporate counsel.

CORPORATE DUE DILIGENCE
The investigation provides an in depth look at financial, business and personal reputations of the corporation, corporate offices, or people who have a significant influence on the corporation. This investigation performed in conjunction with acquisitions, mergers, SEC matters or other financial matters.

ENVIRONMENTAL INVESTIGATIONS
The investigation of other parties to recover the cost of environmental restoration, as well as the incident of property damage or personal injury as a result of industrial action and exposure to toxic chemicals.

WORKERS’ COMPENSATION
The process includes the development of a complete background profile as stated above and will also include investigation of the circumstances surrounding the accident along with the claimant’s previous work history and claim history.

LOCATES
Finding missing persons, witnesses, or other location requirements.

LIMITED POINTED
Specific request limiting the scope of the investigation to certain points of interest, e.g., interviewing and obtaining specific records’ information or taking photographs of the site of an incident.

STATEMENTS
Interviews documented through written, audio and/or video or stenographic recording of statements for legal or other proceedings.

LEGAL TESTIMONY
Appearance by investigation personnel at legal proceedings to support developed or documented information.

DOMESTIC
Background investigation and/or surveillance of individual.

ACCIDENT RECONSTRUCTION
Designed to provide details at the accident scene. This is not an engineering service. The process will provide information and photographs from the scene through the development of witnesses, terrain, and other site conditions. Photographic film and processing expenditures are pass through costs.

SURVEILLANCE
A service responsive to a variety of needs we conduct surveillance using proven methods that maximize results and cost containment. State of the Art color video camera/tape and 35mm equipment costs are utilized at no extra cost. Film and processing are pass through charges.

Rentals of vans or other specialized equipment costs are pre-determined and the associated costs are billed on a case by case basis, predicated on the actual expenditures.
