CONTESTABLE DEATH CLAIMS
Involves investigations designed to develop information relative to the
insurability of the deceased at the time effective date of coverage. Areas of
investigation would include medical, financial, occupational habits, and other outside
interests.
ACCIDENTAL DEATH CLAIMS
Designed to determine whether death resulted from injuries sustained in an
accident, altercation, or sickness, and/or whether death occurred while in the act of
committing a felony.
CONTESTABLE DISABILITY CLAIMS
Investigations to determine information about the insurability of the policyholder
at the time of the effective date of coverage. Areas of investigation would include
current activities, medical history, financial, occupations, habits, outside interests,
and other possible disability coverage.
DISABILITY CLAIMS
Designed to develop information on the present activities, recovery, and progress
of the claimant’s condition.
SURVEILLANCE
A service responsive to a variety of insurance related needs. We conduct
surveillance using proven methods that maximize results and contain costs. State of the
Art color video camera/tapes and 35mm equipment is utilized at no extra cost. Film and
processing are pass through charges.
ELIGIBILITY
The purpose is to develop information pertaining to claimant eligibility for group
insurance conducted through a personal review of employers’ records including
personnel, payroll, tax, time cards, interoffice memos, expense forms and receipts.
